The Challenge
Borex had a strong network and a clear offer, but inbound demand was inconsistent. They needed a predictable way to book more qualified sales calls without hiring SDRs or relying on paid ads.
Our Approach
We came in and built a high-scale, multi-channel AI outreach system focused on both volume and quality.
On the outbound side, we started with mass TAM sourcing using an Apollo scraper to map out their ideal startup and founder profiles. We then used Clay to enrich, qualify, and verify leads, ensuring only relevant decision-makers entered the system. With this data, we generated hyper-personalized outreach using AI and sent campaigns at scale through Instantly, reaching up to 2,000 emails per day.
To support this volume, we also set up a proper CRM in Attio.
In parallel, we ran a LinkedIn motion using Prospera AI. Instead of volume, this channel focused on tier-one leads and high-intent prospects, complementing the email outreach with more targeted conversations.
The Results
Within 30 days, Borex Capital booked 83 sales calls. The system ran without hiring SDRs or increasing ad spend and gave the team a repeatable outbound engine they could scale or fine-tune as needed.
