The situation
Power Manufaktur came to us because they needed more sales calls. They sell a higher-ticket offering, and in Switzerland that makes outbound especially challenging. The market is smaller, buyers are more cautious, and generic outreach simply doesn’t work.
What we did
We built a multi-channel AI outbound system focused on quality, not noise.
Using Clay, Instantly, and Heyreach, we implemented a modern outbound stack and leaned heavily into segmentation. Instead of pushing one message to everyone, we created multiple campaigns for different segments, each with its own positioning and angle.
Clay handled lead enrichment, qualification, and AI-driven personalization. Email and LinkedIn outreach ran in parallel, increasing relevance and touchpoints while still feeling personal, which is critical for a higher-ticket offer.
The outcome
Within the first one and a half months, the system generated around $50,000 in pipeline and multiple active sales opportunities. Email campaigns achieved reply rates of over 3%, while LinkedIn outreach reached reply rates of over 19%.
