The situation

Inspeerity already had an outbound motion in place. They had a sales team of five actively doing outreach. The real issue wasn’t effort or headcount, it was that their GTM setup was stuck in the past. Old tools, a cluttered CRM, and a lot of manual work were slowing the team down and killing momentum.

What we did

We didn’t replace their sales process. We helped them modernize it.

We ran several hands-on workshops with their GTM team, focused on showing them how to use modern tools like Clay and how to apply AI agents throughout the sales process in a way that actually helps reps, instead of creating more noise.

Instead of cleaning the CRM for them, we showed the team how to use Clay to enrich, qualify, and clean their own data properly. This gave them a repeatable process to keep their CRM healthy long-term, not just a one-time fix.

We then supported them in migrating that refreshed, high-quality data into a new Pipedrive setup, giving the team a clean and reliable system to work from.

On top of that, we helped them set up AI-personalized outreach across LinkedIn and email, with all activity and replies flowing back into Pipedrive so the team could manage everything in one place.

The outcome

They ended up with fewer tools, lower costs, and a more productive sales team. Repetitive work was automated and personalization improved. Most importantly, reps spent less time managing systems and more time having real conversations.
