The situation

Credex operates in a very niche market. In Switzerland, they go after pension funds, and those are notoriously hard to reach through traditional lead databases. The TAM is small, the data is incomplete, and most standard outbound tools simply don’t have the contacts they needed.

They didn’t just need outreach. They first needed a way to find the right accounts and decision-makers in the first place.

What we did

We built Credex a custom GTM engine from the ground up.

Instead of relying on databases, we created a custom scraper that sources Swiss pension funds directly from the web. From there, we set up an agentic system that goes through each website to identify relevant decision-makers automatically.

Where available, the system also pulls yearly financial reports using AI agents. This gave Credex additional context and signals they could later use in outreach and personalization.

Once the data foundation was in place, we helped them get operational. We set up sending inboxes in Instantly, onboarded them on Heyreach for LinkedIn outreach, and showed them how to use Clay to generate AI variables for personalized campaigns.

The outcome

Credex ended up with their entire realistic TAM fully mapped out. Pension funds were sourced outside of databases, decision-makers were identified, contact details were found, and the outreach infrastructure was ready to go. Instead of guessing who to contact, they now had a clear, structured GTM system tailored exactly to their niche.
